Cait Sith's Twilight Tea

This is my submission for the Final Fantasy XI Fan Art Contest, which ends March 3rd 2008. The theme is "ladies of vanadiel" / "the Doll festival".

Concept: I love Cait Sith and I thought it would be unique to have her celebrating the Vanadiel doll festival in her own style. Caith Sith is a female in FFXI.

Execution: I did a quick 1 hour sketch of Cait Sith, scanned it then took it into photoshop and colored it. It took approx. 8-10 hours to complete. I used the 'Ryan Church' method to get the glow effect on the crown and eyes.
